What is the difference between inside and outside mount blind?

The difference between inside and outside mount is the way in which the blind or shade is hung. Inside mount attaches the blind within the window sill so that the blinds or shades would be flush with the wall. Outside mount is when a blind or shade hangs outside the window sill and extends beyond the wall or door. We provide a lot of information and illustrations about how and why for both options, but because we come to your home or office we can discuss the pro’s and con’s of each approach.

If I have you clean my blinds at my home or office will they be wet when you re-install them?

Our ultrasonic cleaning method washes, rinses and applies a coating to your blinds so that they will repel dirt and grime longer than if you washed them yourself. The blinds do have small amount of water remaining on them when we return them with on-site service but this dries off quickly after re-installation. Blinds are normally completely dry when you use drop off service.

Will cleaning discolor or damage my mini-blinds or cellular shades?

Sometimes mini-blinds may become oxidized because of sun damage or previous improper cleaning. Strings can become brittle and may have to be replaced. Cellular shades are fabric and may fade or have other fabric issues that cleaning highlights.
